Restaurant PSA #3 = How to dine out on a weekend Guess what? Its busy at restaurants on Friday and Saturday nights. You may have to wait for a table. Your food might take a little longer (especially at a restaurant where they are cooking your order from scratch and not using a microwave). Look around and realize that one kitchen is making food from scratch for every single person. Relax. Have a drink. Enjoy the people who you are out to dinner with. Dont be an asshole. Have compassion. Dont point and tap your watch or snap at your server. They are not servants. If you are in a hurry, please tell the server right when you sit down.
