The restaurant also incorporates a large outdoor brick paved patio, which is next to the original ironstone dairy, sheltered by two striking white sails in front of a large natural amphitheatre. The restaurant is open 7 days for lunch and evenings by arrangement. We are offering up to 5 dayshifts, including weekends and some nights. It is essential that you have had management experience in high end a la Carte, have a solid understanding and love of food and wine, and are serious about wanting to work in an exciting and dynamic restaurant.
