Retail Sales Assistant Job description Total Care and Support Ltd is an outsource service provider, currently working with (among others) the following brands – Supanet, TimeTalk, TPad and Internexus. Our client companies are mostly internet service providers, and telephony solutions providers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Retail Sales Assistant to work in our new store opening soon in Blackburn Mall. We are looking for confident, organised and pro-active individuals. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Successful candidates will be responsible for hosting potential customers, driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating excellent product knowledge, marketing products and services and general housekeeping of the store. You must have strong customer service and sales skills, be comfortable working alone and on own initiative and be able to work well within a small team. You will display a strong interest in the IT industry with a genuine passion for our products and brand. You should have a flexible working attitude and a “can do” approach. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be used to working to tight deadlines be IT literate and numerically competent.
