Retaj Tech Inc. announces the availability of new job “Personnel Manager” with one of leading firms in Jeddah. Basic Function: Secure a safe working environment in all branches and head office Duties and responsibilities: • Applying toasted hiring process for all new employees and opening personnel files, issuing residency ID Card “iqama”, labor certificate, medical test, medical card, medical certificate from municipality training center, and register in gosi. • Processing selected candidates working visa at the embassies • Follow up with recruitment agencies on selected candidates deployment date • Welcome new staff upon arrival and run an orientation program on the brand and the company departments • Processing employee Termination and Suspension after Senior Management approval • Processing company policy and procedure on employees after Senior Management approval • Transferring employees between cities and branches after Senior Management approval • Translating operation manuals, checklists, JD, and templates for non English literate employees.
