Returning Officer Udhampur Parliamentary constituency issues Election Notification for Election KATHUA, MARCH 19- Returning Officer of 5-Udhampur Parliamentary constituency (Deputy Commissioner Kathua) today issued Election Notification for the Parliamentary Elections in the constituency which is scheduled to go for poll in the second phase of elections. As per the Notification, Nomination papers may be filed by the candidate or any of his proposer to the Returning Officers between 11am to 3pm till 26th of March 2014. The forms of nomination paper can be obtained from the office of the Returning Officer i,e from the office of Deputy Commissioner Kathua . The scrutiny of the nomination papers will be done on 27th of March 2014. The candidates can withdraw his/her candidature before 3pm on the 29th of March 2014. The Returning officer also informed that no nomination can be made on 21st March 2014 & 23rd March 2014 on account of holiday on these dates. The polling in the constituency will be held on 17th April 2014 between 7am to 6pm.
