Rev. Danny Garcia shares that he will be doing a prayer walk with Jill In San Diego on Sunday. PRAYER FOR US MARINE IN MEXICO JAIL San Diego (August 1, 2014) – Reverend Danny Garcia and Mrs. Jill Tahmooressi, mother of Sgt Tahmooressi, humbly ask everyone to pray for Sergeant Andrew Tahmooressi and for the people of Mexico and the United States of America. Sergeant Tahmooressi is held in a Mexico prison. Reverend Garcia and Mrs. Tahmooressi will meet at the San Diego Gaslamp District on Sunday afternoon, August 3, 2014 for the purpose of intercessory prayer for the release of Sgt Tahmooressi. They will both be available for interviews on Sunday. Reverend Garcia has made two separate trips to Tijuana in support of Sergeant Tahmooressi. Reverend Garcia says, “For me, this is a walk of faith and action, trusting in God’s perfect will.” On Monday, August 4, 2014 at 10:25am, there will be a trial in Tijuana, Mexico, for Sergeant Tahmooressi. The hearing will consist of 9 hours of deliberation. Danny Garcia has walked for children and world peace on five continents for more than 19 years. He took his first steps in 1996 toward a personal commitment to peace and continues walking globally, having walked more than 26,000 miles worldwide to date.
