Review: This review is from: I Will Praise You in the Storm: The Story of Stephen and Holly Deaubé, a Journey of Faith (Paperback) I enjoyed reading this book for many reasons. I know Dan Deaube personally and always thought he was a gentle, thoughtful, tender hearted man. I knew his kids were born with severe health issues but I had no idea of the day to day details. Thank you Dan for sharing your story in a way that reminded me that God is good all the time and that faith and trust in Him is essential. Dan showed us whats it like to love well and to cling to Gods miraculous hope when lifes storms seem overwhelming and devastating. We all need to be reminded that God is large and in charge. I feel like this book helped me see through the eyes of a loving dad how to handle grief in a scriptural way. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Its not a book you want to put down.... Grab a tissue though. I read it in one sitting because it was just that moving. Thanks Dan for sharing what could have been my story or someone elses story. Instead it is your story and Im blessed to call you friend. Ellen Pastusak
