Review of Project M 3.0 (3.02 if you will) Project M (in case you didnt know) is a mod for Smash Bros Brawl to make the game more like Melee/competitive and does succeed in this area. The mod adds two new fighters to the game Mewtwo (Pokemon) and Roy (Fire Emblem) both are amazingly animated but Roy seems a bit unbalanced due to speed and power. Sonic also is even more overpowered what absolutely sucks but if you could handle him in a non modded Brawl you should be able to beat him and Roy as well. The AI has also greatly improved however with some items if you have them turned on they wont turn around the main item with that problem was the firework cannon. Stages have either been edited or added or even return (Draculas Castle was added,Metal Cavern returns,Green Hill Zone is edited) but in my honest opinion some just are not that great like the Pikmin stage is crappy without the hazards but understand why they were removed. I also enjoy the alternative costumes like the Melee Link,Fox,and Falco Dr,Mario was also included what was a nice touch not necessary but nice in general overall. My biggest grip with it though is the set up its overall a pain it goes in detail on how to do it with the official site but if your wii is home brewed like mine you will need Gecko to run it. Overall I would say if youre a fan of Melee its worth the hassle to get it to work but if you dont like competitive play it really isnt worth it. I personally would give it 7/10
