Copy Monitor Levels - COLLABORATE TAB o Select Copy Monitor and select the link Select Copy, check the multiple tab and select the levels you wish to copy/monitor Select the finish tab, note a heartbeat symbol should appear Select the finish tab. 4. Save the project 5. Enabling Worksets - COLLABARATE TAB o Select WORKSETS o Name worksets (i.e. HVAC, PLUMBING, LIGHTING, POWER, etc.) Note that worksets can be added at any time Do not delete workset1; it is the template for creating other worksets. Shared levels and grids can be deleted but not recommended. 6. Synchronize - COLLABORATE TAB o Synchronize with Central Select the Synchronize with Central & Modify Settings (not synchronize now). This will allow all of the worksets created to be used by other people. Check the user created worksets (this allows people to use the worksets created earlier). The central file is now created. Any work done from this point on should be done via a local file.
