Revolucion Afro-Latina (2015).......... Familia, this is an incredibly proud and diverse group. We are the children of an African people, a multi-ethnic people, who survived the coffins of slavery and colonialism and are being resurrected through diverse unique cultures. As such, i want to drop some challenges for 2015..... 1. Organize an Afro-Latino meet up with other members in this group in your hood. 2. Put your minds together and organize an educational workshop on Afro-Latino culture for non Latinos at a local library, school, community center, or church. 3. Organize a group tour to a Latino country you have not visited for an Afro-Latino Festival in that country. 4. Consider organizing a group tour to an African country (you have 54 choices); after all we wear that Afro prefix with pride and Africa is the place of our ancestral heritage. 5. Who can come up with the best Revolucion Afro-Latino T-Shirt? I dont have a prize for you but hey?!. 6. Selfies, Selfies, Selfies.....post your group activities in the group page...... Whose down?
