Rick Warren... Fellowship is a place of grace, where mistakes arent rubbed in but rubbed out. The word fellowship comes from Greek origins that fully translated means my heart touches your heart and your heart touches mine. This is far different than getting together for a shared meal or activity. Our world is very short on heart to heart experiences. We have hundreds, or even thousands of friends on Facebook and dont know most of them (and many dont want to know them). They provide a very emotionally safe outlet for mini-outbursts and easily formed opinions, mixed in with cute sayings and re-posting of unoriginal thoughts. Find someone this week with whom you can sit across the table, look in the eye and share your heart. Dangerous? Possibly, but this is the only place true grace can be demonstrated.
