Host: BikeShop/ChampSys Elite (Cat 1/2/3) Racing Team - Rich Scaduto - (716) 400-7669 Departure: 8:00 AM (sharp) from the Bike Shop at 145 Swan St. Ride Time: Approximately 4 hours 30 minutes Course: connect.garmin/course/6722313 Distance: 80 Miles Pace: 20 MPH average with surges above 25 MPH. Description: Flat to rolling out and back route along the Niagara River. Turn around at Niagara on the Lake. Windy. Difficulty: Moderate to experienced riders/racers. Required Skills: Firm understanding of group riding etiquette, riding in a paceline, drafting, & proper ride nutrition. Notes: Please bring your enhanced license or passport. We will regroup before each border crossing and go over together as a group. Additionally, there are pre planned stops at mile 11, mile 40, and Mile 69. This is an unsupported ride. We will do our best to wait for dropped riders at each stop however, riders are expected to be self-sufficient and know the course if they get detached. See you Sunday! Rich
