Ride with Dawn at 9:30 weds am 1/21! Reserve your bike and get ready to be motivated as we pedal towards spring (ha-ha, if only). Be aware that due to a production being put on at the woodland this coming weekend, there is quite a bit of production equipment in the space. We are working around it and appreciate your cooperation. We are still able to have class Weds and a special Friday 8 am spin only class. Sweat and surrender will resume next Monday night.
