Riding my bike to Mcdonalds and to second story from there. My vision went blurred . Bike bike went out of control. The front tire hit a van in the back. My head hit the sign metal pole/ my bike and me hit the pavement . 3 nurses helped me up. One of them put my bike in storage . While I get check in. They did a X-ray of my wrist / spine/ collar bone/ head./ knee... The good news is nothing is broken, jest lots of swelling.
