Right. So, apparently, I actually DO have a calligraphic fountain pen. Two of them, in fact. Id actually forgotten all about them, because it was years ago that both entered my possession, and I really didnt know the slightest little thing about fountain pens, least of all how to even recognize them, apparently. I just thought they were cartridge-fed calligraphy pens, and that was literally the limit of what I knew about them. But, Ive been digging up my art stuff again lately, and found some treasure. Id fled from calligraphy altogether out of self-defense back around 1996 or so when a bunch of people decided it was a good idea to pressure me into volunteering to do an awful lot of it. But, Id like to get back into doing it again, for myself and my own artistic endeavors. One is a Parker, and that came with four interchangeable nibs and a converter, and the other is a Panache. I deduce that the Panache had been my favored one of the two because of where each had been stored. I seem to recall the Parker being a bit skippy, now that Ive got them in hand again. Ive got them both all cleaned up now. The Panache was the challenge, because it was pretty much its very own world of goo. But, with a converter, I can put the Panache back into service again.
