Right folks obviously we are all bit peeved over the payment terms, an increase in fees might be palatable (only slightly) however the moving of the payment timeline is not. I appreciate that there has been additional investment this year however in my view it has been more towards touring caravans, a new site, shower facilities, a kitchen etc. The moving of pirates island to Area 50 has created more space for caravans, either for rental or for residents, either option is an additional revenue stream that would in the long term pay for Area 50. I propose that an email and a physical letter is sent outlining our concerns, I also think we should point out issues with the site in general, cleanliness, health and safety, construction throughout the summer, wrist band charges to name a few. We should present this in a constructive manner to open dialogue with the management, further ideas on how to escalate thereafter are appreciated. Ill add you all to a group I set up so comments can be easily seen by all and views taken on board. Feel free to comment on what you think should be in the first communication. I am happy to draft the correspondence on your behalf however this needs to be a collective approach to have any impact. Once we are ready to send it we should make a list of our names and site numbers too so it does not appear as a faceless grievance. Thanks
