Right here is my latest up date not too long this one, I am now finally getting a nights sleep well most of the night, having chamged the time I take my tablet from late evening to early morning. The doctor wanted to give me more powerful tabs but I refused. The side affects of those I am taking have now virtually gone so that is good news. I managed to keep my drinking down to aminium and set my self a daily routine of when I go into town which is normally for about an hour midday and then late afternoon and home by early evening or when I am fed up. The hurt of my relationship going to the wall is slowly receeding , I am still under a crisis team and will remain so for a few days yet. I never knew in my local area veterans are treated as a priority in respects of my issues and they have pulled out all the stops to help me cannot say enough of a thankyou to them and my friends who are getting me through a very difficult time in my life
