Right, more pics of Project EPB. So far one MBSO is structurally complete although the joins need filling and then obviously painting etc. The Replica bodyshells are very easy to work with, good plastic unlike some where its a struggle to get clean straight cuts and also bond really well with plastic cement. So the sequence of pics below is as follows; MLV cab end trimmed down, Suburban brake body before any work, body with the incorrect window arrangement on the brake compartment cut out, the two compartments cut from the spare trailer coach ready for inserting, the correct part of the brake compartment joined to one of the seated area sections, the joined section glued in place but before the end was cut off and then after it had been cut; the completed assembly before the MLV cab section was glued in place and then last but not least the completed body shell with all sections in place. Now to put first layers of filler in, then repeat the whole process with the other MBSO . . .
