Right now the voices of families in our region are being drowned - TopicsExpress

Right now the voices of families in our region are being drowned out by corporate money in Washington, and Congressman Gibson is part of the problem. Hes voted again-and-again in favor of his corporate donors’ agendas, including opposing raising the minimum wage to $10.10 and supporting a territorial tax system, which would create 800,000 jobs overseas. I’m not taking a dime of corporate PAC money, so I’ll be accountable only to families in our region, and in Congress Ill fight to overturn Citizens United and for campaign finance reform that increases transparency, reduces corruption, and amplifies the voices of everyday New Yorkers.
