Right peeps, Im sure most of you are aware by now that I have 3 charity events come up between now and October 2014, I would be most grateful for any donations that you could bring my way. I will be doing the spartan super race on the 31st of August, a half marathon on the 28th of September and the spartan beast on the 11th of October all donations will be split between Terence Higgins Trust and the Compton hospice. Compton hospice donations will go towards helping those with cancer, the homeless and the elderly. Please go to justgiving type in Paul tierney and all my upcoming event will come up.
