Right to Good and Safe Roads! [1] Is there any such right to good and safe roads? [2] Shouldnt there be some such thing since we are paying so much money as road tax, vehicle registration fee, vehicle insurance and so forth? [3] If we are paying road tax for every single vehicle every single year, shouldnt we have the right to demand good and safe roads? [4] As consumers, cant we take legal recourse for the losses and damages that we suffer on the roads? [5] Are there any such provisions in any foreign countries? Can knowledgeable people advise on these questions please? Thanks!
