Rio literally scared me so much today :( I was doing some tricks with him like Flehmans and Bowing and usually even when I dont ask he always repeats Flehman trick (smiling) to get treats, but today he decided to repetidly bow and move backwards, and as I walked away he ran back bowing into the fence, he kicked out in fright and leaped foward and, I swear, I thought he had seriously hurt his leg! He was resting it right up and hobbled! But I caught him and just checking him over and at first he looked lame but I think he had just caught himself and walked the pain off in a few seconds. Phew, so worried for my man. Honestly, he wouldnt stop doing tricks! (luckily his tricks are always safe around us)... THIS IS WHY I HATE REARING TRICKS. It he was rearing as a trick then hed just carry it on over when I didnt ask him to ;) urg -Lauryn
