Riots in USA now and those bad riots in London in 2011 , indicate that western society is again passing through relapses of cyclic phases of rationality and irrationality factors of its civilisation. Riots are symptoms but disease lie somewhere else. When two groups develop animosity for years but that remains dormant till some instant flashes, igniting the past emotional eco system , activate or trigger the stimulus to take the siege . Resources may be superb in the hands of state but social fabrics matter a lot. The emotional cementing of society can not be compensated by the commands of state. The sprouting animosities rooted in the bad histories do get blasted by a feeling of either being perpetuated or inflicted , violating the perception of goodness of groups to feel the cleavage disadvantageously or other wise . There have been instances when ,without , historic animosities , riots have been triggered and perpetuated , resulting in to huge loss of lives and properties but they were x moments of history , disturbing the society so deeply and so badly by even single incident followed by shrewd politicians . See the 1984 riots. At times communities remain undeveloped or deprived of much expected level of developments or opportunities but they are brainwashed truly or falsely to perceive wrong about other groups being the culprit of their miseries. Many times , it may be true. These groups are groomed by politically active leaders to presume that their suffering are from outside though it may be from the inside as well. Thus the comity of nations must try to study such socio economic factors triggering riot type of violent activities. All growth indicators will collapse if the social fabric of societies does not hold them . Let an inclusive approach of development , governance, administration , justice and employment be done strategically to get such societies rid of their rogue elements who thrive on the oxygen of widening the emotional gaps among individuals belonging to different groups . The economic depression in these societies is further triggering the divide which was lying dormant without being strategically addressed in the backdrop of historical aberrations in the actualisation of justice of all types.
