Rivers state government revokes C of O of PDP secretariat in Port Harcourt The Rivers state government has revoked the Certificate of Occupancy of the parallel PDP Secretariat in Port Harcourt. The building located at twenty five D-Line was venue for the August meeting of the twelve PDP members earlier arrested and charged before a magistrate court for alleged unlawful assembly in Port Harcourt. It might interest you to know that the property belongs to one Chief EMMANUEL ORIJI, an elder statesman from Emohua Local Government and one of the signatories to the creation of Rivers state in nineteen sixty seven. Already, members of the New Restoration Team of the PDP have condemned the government action, describing it as uncivilized, wicked and inhuman. I hope we will conderm this brazen act of impunity by the Rotimi led Junta!!!!!!!!#J
