Carter VA Medical Center on Monday, Aug. 4 from 9 p.m. - 5:30 a.m., the westbound SR 836 exit ramp to NW 12th Avenue will be closed for drill shaft construction. Below is information on detours. Please plan ahead and drive safely. Detours: From Northbound I-95 1. Northbound I-95 drivers will exit at NW 3rd Avenue 2. Continue north on NW 3rd Avenue & turn left onto NW 11th Street 3. Continue west on NW 11th Street to NW 12th Avenue From Southbound I-95 1. Southbound I-95 drivers will exit at NW 14th Street & head west 2. Continue west on NW 14th Street to NW 12th Avenue From westbound I-395 1. Westbound I-395 drivers will exit at Biscayne Boulevard & turn left 2. Continue south on Biscayne Boulevard & turn right onto NW 11th Street 3. Continue west on NW 11th Street to NW 12th Avenue
