Road Construction in Zambia At first glance you would think companies like Nyatsi are doing a fine job with our roads but alas wait a while and watch. Am referring to one road tarred by this company in Dambwa North Livingstone. A visitor to this town coming through HMN Airport would mistake this road (Botswana Road) to being the mighty Zambezi river. The question one is left to ask is, where is Roads Deptment?, Did someone pocket the money meant for a much better road?, Is the ministry of works and its minister ceremonial?, Who is to blame? What can Zambia do to improve service delevary?
