Road at 5.00 at the church. Talk about all thumes. Heck I almost crash my car pulling in the parking lot. Very dark. Road for 1.45 miutes. It was nice and cool. It was very dark till I trip the parking lot lights. Could not go over 10 m.p.h to dark and there was a lot of lose gravel. But it was a great ride. No complants here. Just about finsh off both bottels. Not much left at all. So I had a nice work out. How to turn off the radio lago and scoot are on. Lago is such ass. I guess they why he make a great ( R-W-C-R ). Legs fill great. Recover from my muscl pain from Monday walk. Glad it not shin splints. might go on the steper at lunch if I am here. Have to work with the Gatoraid I am useing. To much for the amont of H 2/0. in my bottle .I got the kind that comes in pre packs. I wish the parking lot was all light up and clean like to increas my speed. But it nice not to wory about some ass in his truck buzzing me. Rideing at that time is very good for me. Beside I get to tell all these folks there no excuse for not working out. Had a under cover cop drive by and check me out couply of time. Icould feel more of the pain in my neck than my back. I like that. I will mow my yard to day clean the house. And proble wash clothes. I need to get to work on some new Fan feathers and tail feathers. This coffea is good. Debbie made ref tea as we call it. Instead of putting it out side as in sun tea all u have to do is out it in your freg it work the same. And it all ready nice and cold.
