Laney Parade - 3:30 - 5:30 PM (50-60 entries) Parade route: Begin on Mill Street adjacent to Lucy Laney High School practice football field, west on Wrightsboro Road, north on Augusta Avenue, east on Laney Walker Boulevard, south on 11th Street, west on Wrightsboro Road ending at Mill Street. Alleluia Christian Service Center block party 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM(approximately 500 participants) 2300 block of Norton Drive - applicant is requesting to block off 2300 block of Norton Drive at Ruby Drive and Allen Avenue for a neighborhood All Saints Eve block party from 6 PM to 8 PM. Personnel will man road blocks at each end of Norton Drive. Security officer will be present. Traffic rerouted using Allen Avenue. All street will remain open for access to emergency vehicles. Almond Place Neighborhood Halloween Party - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (approximately 50 participants) Request to block off Montpelier Drive between 3122 and 3129 for party.
