Roadway and intersection improvement work on Route 219 in Ridgway begins Monday. Work will take place overnight, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., until Wednesday, July 10. Depending on progress, paving may also take place Wednesday night into Thursday morning. This work will include milling and repaving of the Route 219/Route 948/Main Street intersection. The limits of the work zone are Baker Ally to Court Street and just north of North Broad Street. Parking is not permitted on Main Street from South Broad Street to Court Street during the scheduled night work periods. There will be flaggers in place to enforce an alternating traffic pattern.
