Roasted Brussels Sprouts Total Time: 50 min Prep : 10 min Cook : 40 min Yield: 6 servings Level: Easy Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts 3 tablespoons olive oil 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 or 3 strips of bacon, crumbled 1/2 cup grated Parmesean cheese Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Cut each sprout n half. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper and bacon. Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. When done, return cooked sprouts to mixing bowl and sprinkle with cheese, and serve immediately.
