Robert Dayton be advised as I am not allowed in Mullins or Kleins Facebook page I cant contribute to the discussion. In process server Institute Klein group you referenced a Wikipedia posting regarding Florida foreign service law. You should know I published that section in the Wikipedia subject on the Florida foreign law. I added it Dec 21, 2011 under my it at the time. Then I created rscottnemesis which I no longer use. You should check out the edit sections if wiki a lot of spammers recorded trying to prop up their company with links. Seem there is a war going on that page lol I stand by that position fully that foreign States do not have authority over foreign process except in few cases where the issuing States laws defer to the service state. For instance Arizona and Alaska law both give the authority of their state process to foreign states laws for service. I have sent letters on that subject to Arizona legislators. The meat of my letters are that the state legislators have taken an easy unconstitutional way out of the long arm confusion. In effect they have taken the authority of the people in their state to be sovereign and control their laws and handed it over to another state. Example: a lawsuit filed in Arizona courts requires service in Florida. Those parties under Arizona law have no representation to the way it is served. The do not elect Florida representatives who create the law that Arizona defers to. Arizona defers their law to every other state where service is made. State legislators cannot defer their peoples authority to foreign bodies. But you know what? It doesnt matter! Too complex a constitutional issue and the people who are supposed to be represented are told over and over again to sue to enforce the rights of sovereignty. But you know what number two? You sue them on their own field in their own court and you lose. Lol I like making it on the record publishing Web sites cataloging public records in lawsuits and complaints. Because who knows. In 500 years from now when historians look back and cant find shit because there are no structures like pantheons, amphitheaters or pyramids the just may call they people of this age the unknowns, unless some data is found.
