When you read stories related to yoga and health on the internet, whether they are tabloid or not, I want to you to take note of where those stories are coming from. Are you aware of the sensationalism that is coming at you? Are the authors setting up a controversy or a conflict in order to make waves and inspire more traffic, masking it as an effort to create a well needed discussion? Judge for yourself - There are still many of us who believe in beautiful, enriching, soulful content. There is a saying that says that all publicity is good publicity. If we stop to think about this, we may reconsider. Not all of us subscribe to this belief system that all publicity is good publicity. I am not interested in fame at the expense of putting crap into the world. Life it too short and too much is at stake to play around with sensationalist nonsense and poison the people around in the process. I wanted to put that in the air because as someone behind the scenes of the blogging world, I have seen more than I have wanted. And, in response, as always, I seek to share with you an article that will touch your heart and inspire your life. And that is the good news. For all of the nonsense, there is some soul. It is a war. We do not throw punches or use guns, but we do our best to consistently enrich the soul of humanity.
