Roberts and the supreme court are not ruling on an executive order. So Mr. Savage it seems you are hoping that Roberts and the Supreme court rule against the President in this case before him. And Roberts did not do the President any favors in his half ruling the ACA. The President already knew the ACA was constitutional but what Roberts did was keep the bigoted republican party a half ruling by changing the law to say that states could opt out of the Medicaid portion of law. Roberts rewrote the legislation that congress passed because he is snake wearing the supreme court robe. Just as he did gave a half ruling in Arizona with the bogus immigration bill passed by the Jim Crow republicans in that state. Roberts and the Supreme said the law was unconstitutional but still let the bigoted states rights folks stop and search and arrests folks and ask them their immigration states. And Roberts and the supreme court went along the bigoted states rights folks in the southern states by striking down the important clause in the voting rights bill that has been the law since the 60s when the congress and the supreme then agreed that those bigoted and racists former slave states need federal voting rights oversight for Black folks because they knew way back then that those racists states would never changed from oppressing and suppression black voters because Black voters in the south wield a lot of political power, That is why rich white folks in the south who control those state governments murder black votes before they let them get the right to vote. Fast forward to now and the snake Roberts and his Tea Part Supreme Court are lying by saying these racists states in the South have changed and that Federal oversight is not needed. That has to be the biggest lie of the young 21st century. As soon as Roberts took away the Federal Protection clause those southern states swung into action and have passed many voter suppression laws in those same former slave states. So Roberts and his Tea Party Supreme Court are not friends to the common man. And most of Roberts rulings favor the rich and landowners. So if Roberts ruled against the Obama administration would not be a surprise to me because Roberts left the door open for all these lawsuits by changing the law at the same time he declared it constitutional. Roberts is part and parcel republicans who give the appearance of giving in one hand while at the same time taking it all back and then some in the other hand.
