Robin Cowen Marler would like to know: I am a newly diagnosed fibro. I have had pain off and on for probably 20 years. I always took Tylenol or ibuprofen and pushed through. About 15 years ago was told Tylenol could be causing bounce back headaches so I rarely take now. Then 2 years ago I had unexplained hives for over a month. I went to the allergist and testing all came back neg. He told me then not to take ibuprofen because it could be making the hives worse. My rheumatologist now has me in Zoloft, tramadol, and gabapentin. I am no longer able to push through the pain, and it takes all my strength to just make it through work. Then I go home and crash. I dont even have the strength to get out of bed some days. How do you come to terms with no longer being able to do the things you enjoy?
