Robin McNelis ran for the British Heart Foundation in June, and clearly thinks about his breathing when he’s running. Here’s a comment he left on Breathing Works hyperventilation asthma sport breathing page: “As well as using my Powerbreathe in my marathon training, I am focusing on breathing low and slow when running, making a difference.” …and here’s BreathingWorks’ encouraging reply: “Yay you - both for doing a marathon and using your powerbreathe! It will also help with your core stability as you get tired, as well as minimising getting out of breath.” Thank you Breathing Works for sharing this all the way from Auckland!
