Robinology ~~ Good Morning and Top of the Day. I have been enjoying my visit with Whitney Rowe and baby Isabella. The baby brings so much life into my arena. Whit, on the other hand, still needs a lot of training requirements. ;) I am so grateful they have been here the past few days to witness my deterioration of wellness and while enjoying my great sense of intelligent humor. We have laughed, loved, laughed, talked, laughed, embraced, laughed some more, and then loved more. We are beginning to end each others sentences. Oooooo SPOOKY action at a distance. I just received a steroid injection in my right knee (heading for a replacement). I have been in excruciating pain since December and faking it when I needed to. It took me three months to get in to see the Orthopedist. I then, saw the Pain Management MD today and received an S-I joint injection. That appoint took 8 weeks. I am to return in 2 weeks for a bilateral cervical injections levels C3, C4, and C5 for the spinal stenosis, however the receptionist says it really will be 4 weeks. I now have total numbness in my left little finger and constant electricity and pain shooting down my right arm, along with severe neck pain. In addition, I have been using my breathing treatments daily for the congested heart failure and aerosols for the chronic bronchitis. The BEST part of today...... I lost 15 pounds without trying. Now they want me to have another repeat CT scan for a possible biopsy of the subcarinal node and left axillary nodes. I am planning on completing all these interventions just prior to having to start repacking and getting ready for a second move in Oct/Nov. I knew it would not last long. The owner of our rental has a buyer so we have to move on. I dont think I want to keep moving every year at this age with these illnesses. I just want to have ONE family Christmas in my house very soon, because I am beginning to feel time is wasting. I just realize, I will be 70 at the end of this next decade. Not looking favorably for me, is it? Even my hypertension has returned after being free for 6 years (Originally 22 yr/old to 53 yr/old.) The pacemaker resolved the hypertension, until today. What a bee-atch. Besides, having @Whitney Rowe and baby Isabella here has improved my attitude and thrive for life. Babies are a great blessing, wouldnt you say?
