Rockcastle Shooting Center at Park Mammoth Resort announces new Director of Food and Beverage Robert (Bob) Hundley U.S Navy Retired Park City, Kentucky (June 30, 2014) - Rockcastle Shooting Center at Park Mammoth Resort is proud to announce Robert (Bob) Hundley as the new Director of Food and Beverage. Bob comes to the shooting sports and golf destination resort with a vast experience as a food service professional that meshes perfectly with Rockcastle Shooting Center’s growth plans. Bob joined the U.S. Navy in May, 1992. During his distinguished 20 year career he completed several tours working for numerous Admirals, Generals and senior NATO staff. His ship tours included the USS Nassau LHA-4 and USS Nashville LPD-13 where he was part of the evacuation of 2,700 Americans from Beirut in the summer of 2006. Bob wrapped up his career with a tour at the Presidential mountain retreat, Camp David as the Lead Presidential Steward and Guest Operations Director. While in his with the Navy Bob received numerous awards and decorations including the Joint Service Commendation Medal and two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals. Since retiring from the Navy at Camp David in 2012, Bob has excelled in a senior management position for a national chain sports bar and was most recently General Manager of a privately owned upscale pub in Hagerstown, Maryland. It’s such an honor to have someone of Bobs caliber join our team. Here is a guy that has served our country for the past 20 years and in that time accomplished so much, including becoming the Lead Presidential Steward and Director of Guest Operations at Camp David under two U.S. Presidents. His expertise as a chef and also love for shooting sports makes him a perfect fit our one of a kind shooting sports resort. said Nick Noble, CEO and Co-Founder of Rockcastle Shooting Center . Some of Bobs certifications include, Master Certified Food Executive, Certified HACCP Manager as well as NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA Certified Rifle Instructor and NRA Range Safety Officer. Bob’s wife Heather of 22 years will be joining him in his move to Kentucky and his son Jesse will be finishing college at Shippensburg PA.
