Rockets and Trevor Areza have agreed on a four year deal worth $32 million. Areza played last season with the Wizards and this would be his second stint with Houston. He played with Red Nation in the 2009-2010 season. This may be backup plan for the Rockets after they were unable to attract Chris Bosh who signed a five year contract to stay with the Heat. Areza 29, will be upgrade on the defensive side. Rockets are still trying to decide should they match the three year offer sheet worth $45 million Chandler Parsons received from the Mavericks. Houston has until 10:59 PM CDT tomorrow night to match the offer otherwise Parsons will join Dallas.
