Rod and Joshua left today for their missions trip to Europe. Rod will be coming back at the end of this month, but Joshua will be staying and attending Bible college in York, England until the end of the year. Rod and I thought that we were ready for him to leave, but then we read the goodbye poem that Annemarie wrote for him and we both cried like babies. We are so happy that he will be seeking the Lord and His plans for his life, but we will definitely be missing him. Please be praying for us and for him as he goes on his new adventure! My First Poem Brother why do you have to go? You say its your time but, brother dont go... I want you to live life and have fun, but, brother dont go. 4 months... Are you sure. No Thanksgiving. It wont be the same without you brother dont go. You say you love me, then why did you leave me? Ill grow up and you wont be there. Ill get teeth pulled and you wont be there. Ill get braces and you wont be there. Ill be ASB president and you wont be there. Brother dont go. Youll have fun. Youll get ready for life. Youll make new friends. Youll travel the UK. Youll have adventures. Brother Im ready for you to go.
