Rode this morning - new pedals (clip ins) 17 miles.....got some hill work in - made it from 2 Rivers Park to Hwy 300 along Pinnacle Valley Road. Fell before I got out of the parking lot (learning these new pedals is an interesting challenge). Now Im home with scraped knee and elbow and a very sore wrist cuz thats what I landed on. My bike has a few scrapes and my brand new grip has an scruff on it. :( But all in all, it was a good ride - conquered those hills! Gonna head back out there for more hill work on Monday morning early. Anybody wanna join me.....give me a shout.
