Rods home-made scalloped potatoes: 8 yellow potatoes 3 cans cream of chicken soup 1 block of velveeta cheese Wash, skin, slice potatoes and make one layer in bottom of pan. Slice cheese and layer on top(about 1/3 of the block) and use one can cream of chicken soup to fill in the gaps(like mortar on brick :-) Repeat two more times until its layered to the top of the pan. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees then let stand for about 5 minutes. Drool, then eat. Its not healthy kids, but its oh soooooo good!
