Roman Heard if my Cajun turkey is as good as the Boston butt... You truly need to follow your passion....Your wife has the sweetest people personality and would be great with the customers....When I briefly stayed down their..LoL...I always cooked because there wasnt many restaurants to choose from the frog place and the one next to Chevron was awful.... Follow your dream and I truly believe it will be successful..... I started with a slow computer a 100 printer and 250.00 software pay as you go....took a chance and in 4 years I went 6 figures....I carry myself in such a humble manner you wouldnt know.... My point I believe you and your wife could have a successful restaurant and catering business.... I have lost alot but I never gave up learned from the bad business deals and rose above it.... been broke from bad choices 4 times but always bounce back.... I failed at the carwash because I didnt handle it correctly but I learned from it still have my equipment and Im coming strong 2015 with it..... A true succeeder has failed more than they gained... life lessons u learn and use the past failure to gain later..... I hope u consider my advice because if I hadnt believed in my self would still be in plants with other dream killers telling me what I cant do because they are afraid to invest in themselves......... I hope one-day to be at your grand opening........
