Romanian Scholarships for Moldovan Citizens Under the Cooperation Protocol between the Ministry of Education of Moldova and Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Romania for 2012-2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015, the Romanian Government has made public its offer of scholarships for Moldovan citizens for the academic year of 2014-2015. Scholarships offered are distributed as follows: 1,500 scholarships for secondary education; 2,800 scholarships for undergraduate studies, 550 scholarships for masters studies (for holders of Romanian bachelors degrees); 25 scholarships for residency programs; and 125 scholarships for Ph.D. studies. The application documents should be submitted between July 26 and August 8, 2014 at Romanian consulates located in Chișinău, Bălți, and Cahul.
