Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. This is the verse that keeps coming to my mind as I contemplate my last day here in Nicaragua for a season. My heart is torn...and my mind will not stop. To stay here would be the easy thing to do, ministry is going very well, and God has continued to bless us in so many way, but you see...I do not want just good or acceptable, I want the perfect will of God for my life and the life of my family. It will be hard for us to go back to the US way of life after six years here. Life in a third world nation is hard, but it is rewarding. God has spoken to us, and we must go. Although it will be hard, He has a perfect plan for us, and He will reframe our ministry for Nicaragua. When you think about my family, please pray for us...God us up to something big!!
