Romans 16;18-now I urge you, brethren, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. for such men are slaves, not of our Lord Christ but of their own APPETITES/BELLY; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting. 19 For the report of your obedience has reached to all; therefore I am rejoicing over you, but I want you to be wise in what is good and innocent in what is evil.… This is an excerpt from the letter of Apostle Paul to the Church at Rome, which was written to expound the plan of salvation through justification by faith and sanctification through the Holy Spirit. This letter was written to warns Christians from false teachers who kept on stirring and teaching doctrines that is totally different from the doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ.Apostle Paul identified them as PREACHERS/TEACHERS whos motive is serving their OWN APPETITE or we can say it,serving their own BELLY. This is what Jesus said about the hireling servant, that he is only after the compensation He receives from his master. He will leave the household of His master when He is no longer paid of the services he has rendered. That is what Apostle Paul said;SERVING FOR THEIR OWN APPETITE AND BELLY.Does your preachers posses this kind of character? by;melvin garcia
