Ron Newman; You and everybody who I respond to should know and has the Right to know, that I use the comments of others to make cogent points for the edification of ALL of my followers. I am not picking on anyone, (unless I clearly say I am --> rare-ish). Your arguments/points usually, if not always, are reasonable. That is why I have to respond to them, especially if they are not correct or there are other factors that does or may impact on your point/s. REGARDING your assertion that we are going to have trouble getting our State of Wisconsin Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision sponsored and passed into Wisconsin law, because of the Political and POWER aspirations of our WI State Assemblymen and State Senators: 1.) We only need 3 - 5% of our Wisconsin population to make this work at the most. Actually, according to 5 State Assemblymen and 1 State Senator we only need 15 - 20 in each State Assembly voting district. So that amounts to a TOTAL number of like minded Wisconsinites to be 2100 - 2300 AT MOST. The Wisconsin TEA Party Committee on State Sovereignty / TENTH AMENDMENT is convinced that this is absolutely doable. 2.) If they refuse to ENFORCE our Ninth and TENTH Amendments, and thereby ALL of our Constitutional laws, by sponsoring and facilitating the passage of our bill, leading to incremental State nullification of ALL UNLAWFUL Federal spending and all UNLAWFUL Acts of Congress and the Executive branch that exceeds Constitutional limits, the 20+ like minded Wisconsinites, in each State Assembly voting district, can do MASSIVE damage to the political prospects of the State Assemblymen and/or State Senators; And, they know it whats more. The panel of State Assemblymen and a State Senator at our coalition meeting told us so. 3.)
