Ronny won the pool last weekend -- $500.00. When his # was pulled, the bartender said the winner wasnt here .... like really, REALLY wasnt here. (You have to be at the bar in person for the drawing or you only get 1/2 the pot). Everyone at Boomba Bar & Grill made a unanimous decision to give it all to us given the crappy circumstances. What an amazing community I live in!! But it gets better. When Ronny won the pool the 1st time a couple of months ago, he gave Paige (the bartender) $20.00. When Paige was cleaning the bar Saturday night after the drawing, she found $20.00 on the floor. Ronny left her a tip!!!!! He is still with us and gives me the strength to get out of bed every day. I just miss him so damn much it is hard to breathe sometimes.
