Room for a non-smoker in a shared 3 rooms flat, Metro Wilanowska, free on 15 February 2015 Where Near Metro Wilanowska station (Wita Stwosza street). Galeria Mokotów and Land in walking distance (but not directly at the door). Buses, trams, metro - 3 minutes. Chopin airport - 15 minutes by bus. Jogging possible in nearby Dolinka Służewiecka. By metro to Centrum Station 11 minutes. Flat 3 rooms on 7th floor. Fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, electric oven, fridge, dish washer, also dishes and kitchenware), bathroom with a washing machine, separated toilet. Wi-fi (free). Big wardrobes in the corridor. Room Smaller, square, ca 10 m2, windows to the south, so sunny! (sometimes you can spot planes landing over Piaseczno). Furnished. New real bed (90 cm), table, wardrobe, book shelf, armchair. Picture are from different moments, as there is tenant stuff in there right now, so difficult to make new. 2 big differences - there is bed added now - visible on 1st picture, instead of sofa presented on pictures, there will be identical armchair (wide for 1 person, not for 2, as the sofa). Costs Rent 850 zł for room per month. Plus shared bills: electricity, gas, water and garbage (when 3 people living around 100 zł per month, dependent of course on water and electricity usage) :). Deposit 1000 zł. Formal written agreement (taxable from my side). NB: For each timely payment 50 zł deduction! Available from 15 February 2015. In case of quations please ask by FB. Dirt, mess and laud parties at home are not appealing to us, but we like chats in the kitchen. If you care and want to live in a nice, tidy place, you are welcome. We say good morning instead of rushing through the corridor with a frown. We hope you know that changing a bulb requires switching off the electicty first, that the milk that boiled over is easier to clean before it dries and that washing closed in w washing machine for 3 consecutive hot days will run away on its own legs, after catching the mould.
