Rose, indeed, have been symbol to many things, say love, beauty, even war and politic. Nowadays, different colour of rose has different meaning. Red roses, for instance, represent sincere love & respect, courage & passion. Pink roses mean grace and gentility, the rose of sweet thought. While yellow roses mean jealousy in Victorian times but now they represent friendship, joy, freedom, and the promise of a new beginning. As for white roses, they are usually inferred as spiritual love and purity, the bridal rose. Not only the colour, the amount of rose that you give to someone also has different meanings.
