Monday – December 1st Handle administrative matters Tuesday – December 2nd 8:30 a.m. Department Head Meeting, Courthouse, All Commissioners Handle administrative matters 10:00 a.m. Open for public comment 1:00 p.m. Council on Aging Meeting, Senior Citizens Forsyth, Commissioner Lee Wednesday – December 3rd Handle administrative matters Thursday – December 4th Handle administrative matters 10:00 a.m. Open for public comment Friday – December 5th Handle administrative matters The Commissioners are available to meet in Colstrip on the second Thursday of the month for the months of January, April, July, and October in the Human Services Building from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. by appointment by calling our office at 346-2251. The Commissioners are available to meet in Ashland on the second Thursday of the months of February, May, August and November in the Ashland Sheriff’s Office Building from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.by appointment by calling our office at 346-2251. The Agenda will be posted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday of the previous week at the Colstrip Post Office and Bicentennial Library. It will also be posted on the Main Bulletin Board at the County Courthouse by the aforementioned day and time.
